Refunds and Charges

 

1. If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible time frame and meets all criteria, we will refund the full amount paid for the canceled order using the original payment method. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Refunds will be processed promptly, but the time it takes for the funds to be credited to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

Exceptions and Non-Cancelable Orders

 

1. Orders including personalized, customized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded, as we are unable to restock jerseys with custom last names or unique details.

2. Additionally, orders that have already been shipped or fulfilled cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further assistance.

**Subscription Cancelation**

We value your commitment to our services and want to ensure that your experience is both flexible and convenient. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please submit your request at least 14 days before the upcoming renewal payment for seamless processing. Please note that cancellations for all subscriptions can only be processed after completing two billing cycles. If a cancellation request is received after a payment has been processed, rest assured that your subscription will be gracefully concluded, effective from the subsequent month. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Yes, we offer international shipping. In the rare event that we cannot deliver to your country, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund promptly.

• Paid shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Your first exchange is free (for size or product swaps).

• Additional exchanges will require customers to cover return shipping costs.

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Accuracy of Shipping Address

Before Shipping:

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, you must contact us immediately. While we will attempt to correct the address before the order ships, changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

 

After Shipping:

 

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed under any circumstances. If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, the customer assumes full responsibility for any loss, misdelivery, or additional costs. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders sent to an incorrect address.
